Ferrari 360: Retirement Cake

This is a Ferrari 360. The principal of my daughters' elementary school retired this year. This is one of his favorite cars. Rice Krispy treat covered in fondant.

Cement Truck

Jake's cement truck. The barrel is filled with rice krispy treats, the wheels are ring dings, and the truck is cake. Cement cupcakes to feed any extra construction workers walking onto the site.

Lightning McQueen

Lightning McQueen is sporting Lightyear tires made by Entemann's. Body and chassis is vanilla pound cake. Paint and sticker detail in fondant. Ka-chow!

Brobie is a combination of vanilla cake and rice crispy treats and a whole lotta buttercream.

This cake was for a pair of brothers who love the color green, crocodiles, and lots of yummy candy.

These cookies were for my niece, Abby. She had a luau-themed party and isn't much of a cake girl (what??) so these were the next best thing.
